Hundreds of people braved wet weather to enjoy a youth-organised and run music festival in Harborough last Friday.

Rock on the Rec has been running for several years in Harborough and this year’s event was bigger than ever, featuring almost 20 music and comedy acts on two stages from 4pm.

Bands and artists performing on the day included Chris Duckett, Crouching Tiger, Abstrac, The Hash Tags, Tainted Perfection, James Condon, Daniel Drew, Adam Pugh, Cosmic and Raised Phoenix.

The event was held at the Symington Rec and is an Enable Youth project produced in partnership between The Cube, Seven Locks Housing and Harborough District Council and Room For Music.
