Officers stopped the vehicle earlier this week, acting on concerns that the occupants were collecting scrap metal in the Lutterworth area without permission.
The driver was found to have no trader’s licence and no insurance.
So police promptly seized the left-hand-drive motor for no insurance in a clear warning to people to insure their vehicles.
