Flour and eggs have been hurled at the cars and homes of shocked critical coronavirus workers in Kibworth - and police are now on the hunt for them.
The offenders carried out the attack in Hillcrest Avenue, Kibworth, at about 10pm on Saturday night.

They threw eggs and flour at vehicles and houses in the late-night assault.
“Two of the residents are key workers. I am sure they have enough going on than having to contend with this,” said Harborough Police.
Officers also warned that the offenders had blatantly flouted strict lockdown restrictions.
“You should only leave the house for essential trips.
“If you are found to be acting in breach of the legislation you can be fined (if you are under 18 the parents get the fine),” warned police.
“We will be patrolling.”

Officers are now urging any eye-witnesses or anyone with any information about the shocking incident to call police on 101.
“Please share and DM (direct message on Facebook) us any names or sightings and we will happily progress the matter,” said police.
“If it was you and you want to make the situation right then I suggest you do that before we find you.”
