A strawberry fair helped St Peter's Church in Claybrooke raise more than �2,000

An annual fete and strawberry tea helped raise more than £2,000 for St Peter’s Church in Claybrooke Parva.

Among the activities were stalls, games and a children’s fancy dress competition. The total raised on the afternoon was £2,196, which included more than £1,000 raised from a raffle. Businesses providing prizes included Sharnford Tractors, The Dirty Duck, Happy Feet, PB Fruit and Veg, Maine, The Pig in Muck, Marcus Stevens, Caffe Crema, Wood Farm Brewery, Palmers Garden Centre, Claybrooke Animal Feeds and Ullesthorpe PO and Store.
