Casualty taken to hospital after rush-hour crash in Harborough
One person was taken to hospital after a rush-hour crash in Market Harborough this morning (Monday November 18).
The collision happened in Lathkill Street at 7.54am, Leicestershire Police said.
A police spokeswoman said three vehicles were involved although one was stationary at the side of the road at the time.
Police, an ambulance and the fire service dashed to the scene as the collision blocked the busy residential road.
Diversions were set up to reroute traffic around the accident.
One person was taken to hospital as a precaution, the spokeswoman said.
There were no serious injuries.
The damaged vehicles were recovered just after 9am and the road is now thought to have been reopened.
