Housebuilder Ben Bailey Homes is urging potential buyers in Leicestershire to move quickly if they want to secure their dream family home at the The Chase development in Harborough.

There are now only seven houses remaining at the site in Farndon Road which comprises a selection of four and five-bed houses, with prices ranging from £299,995 to £489,950.

Head of sales Martin Smith said: “Not only is The Chase ideally placed for Harborough’s excellent transport links, but its proximity to the town’s fantastic schools make it a highly sought-after location for growing families.

“All of the properties available are second to none and have a superior specification as standard.

“They were designed following market research into home living trends – and the result is a collection of premium homes that boast everything from flexible open-plan living spaces to desirable bi-fold doors.”

One of the last remaining homes at The Chase is The Needham on plot 22.

It is a grand, five-bed home that boasts luxury living across three floors, which is available for £391,960 under the Help to Buy scheme and a deposit of £24,497.50.

Ben Bailey Homes is also offering to pay the stamp duty on this home, meaning the buyer will save thousands.

Its spacious hallway leads to a large open-plan designer fitted kitchen and family area, complete with integrated appliances and a utility room.

It has bi-fold doors leading to a rear patio and garden and which floods the room with an abundance natural light.

Across the hall, there is a spacious lounge, which has a second set of bi-fold doors.

The first-floor features a study with an attractive front aspect, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the family bathroom.

The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom which, along with the main bathroom and WC, benefits from stylish wall-hung sanitary ware, as well as useful storage solutions, concealed cabinets, chrome-heated towel rails and full-height tiling by Porcelanosa.

There are two further bedrooms on the second floor of The Needham, one with fitted wardrobes, as well as a shared shower room.

Mr Smith added: “Only a few properties are left for sale at this popular development and we expect them to be snapped up fast, so we’re urging people to move quickly if they want to find their dream home.”

Help to Buy equity loans are available to first-time buyers and second-time home movers to the development.

With the Help to Buy scheme, homebuyers secure a mortgage for at least 75 per cent of the property value and pay a deposit of five per cent of the purchase price.

The remaining 20 per cent is paid for by the Government through an equity loan that is interest-free for five years.
