Singer and songwriter Boo Hewerdine is performing at Harborough’s Jubilee Hall on Friday, October 2.
Boo was the founder of cult band The Bible, who disbanded in the early 1990s.
He has also performed with the band State of the Union.
Widely regarded as one of the UK’s best singer songwriters, Boo has consistently made his mark on the music scene and is one of the busiest gigging musicians around, playing upwards of 100 live shows every year.
Sometimes referred to as ‘a musician’s musician’, his songs have been covered by more than 50 artists, including Eddi Reader (who recorded Boo’s Ivor Novello Award nominated song Patience of Angels), kd lang, Natalie Imbruglia, Hepburn, Marti Pellow and Suggs of Madness.
Tickets for the concert are £12 and are available from MH Music in St Mary’s Road, Harborough.
