Shoppers are being invited to Bruntingthorpe Airfield’s Hangar 42 exhibition facility for a massive clothes sale run by one of the UK’s biggest mail order brands.

Boden is returning to the airfield on Wednesday and Thursday, March 9 and 10.

Caroline Nevile, events manager for Boden, which was established in 1991, said the previous event was a huge success.

She added: “We were based in Bruntingthorpe’s new Hangar ’42 exhibition facility which, at the time, was not fully opened but the sale still went extremely well.

“We are delighted to be using this superb facility again now that it is fully up and running.

“It offers us so much space that we’ll be able to bring as much stock as the trucks can carry. The doors open at 10am on both days. But on Wednesday, day one, we are remaining open until 7pm to allow those people at work during the day to pop in and pick up some bargains.

“The following day we will close the doors at 4pm.”

Paul Atkin, general manager for business development at Bruntingthorpe, said the sale is one of many events booked at Hangar 42 in the coming months.
