Market Harborough Civic Society is holding its annual meeting this Wednesday, April 22.
The meeting, which is being held at Roman Way Community Centre in town from 7.30pm, will also feature a talk from Richard Arnold.
He runs the Wilbarston-based Richard Arnold Tradition Joiner firm, and has more than 25 years’ experience in traditional workmanship.
His company builds joinery and bespoke furniture according to customers’ specific requirements.
The evening with conclude with a buffet.
All are welcome to attend and entry costs £3 for guests.
The society, which was founded in 1961, aims to promote high standards of planning and architecture in the town, and seeks the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the town.
