Delicatessen that started off as a market stall in Market Harborough has more than doubled in size
Sefer and Trudie Ustabas have expanded Mediterranean Deli & Farm Shop, describing it as an 'Aladdin's cave of fine luxury products we source locally and internationally'.
Sefer said: "I started in Harborough on a Saturday selling just Turkish olives that I marinated myself. I then joined Harborough Farmers' Market, learning how to make spinach and feta filo slices, baklava from my mother.

"In, 2012 I took over an empty shop at Wistow Rural Centre and the Mediterranean Deli & Farm Shop was born. We fitted a kitchen so we could cook our products on the premises.
"In 2013 my wife, Trudie, joined me, adding her skills of buying, merchandising and customer service.
"We decided to extend the building into a beautiful oak structure with high ceilings and chandeliers.
"I still attend farmers markets and festivals and enjoy it very much."
