MARKET Harborough Karate-Do have evolved to reach new heights.
Having been in the town for over 16 years, the club are now specialising in advanced martial arts techniques for high grades – Brown belt and above.

The club are run by Sensei Stephen Palmer (5th Dan) and Sensei Peter Stevenson (5th Dan), who have trained under Master Kanazawa and Master Tomiyama.

Palmer said: "We are a small, friendly club and we teach advanced karate skills with aikido and ju-jitsu including weapons.

"We are inviting martial artists to train with us. This would suit people who want to get back into training after a long break or additional training to their current regime.

"We welcome all styles of martial artists. They do not have to be fit to start, and can train at their own pace."

The club train on Wednesday nights from 7 to 9pm at a cost of £7 per two-hour session.

The first hour is under advanced instruction and the second hour is free time to practise whatever members choose.

For more information phone Stephen Palmer on 07918 904044 or 01858 575515 or Peter Stevenson on 07794293577.
