Pilates centre open day this Saturday

The Equilesse Pilates Studio at The Manor in Tur Langton is holding an open day this Saturday with free pilates taster sessions available.

People can learn how pilates can improve posture, alleviate aches and pains and improve general wellbeing.

It is also a chance to visit the studio, meet the teachers and experience the pilates method during free taster sessions.

It runs from 2pm until 4pm.

The studio’s owner Stephane Smith said: “The growing popularity of pilates is not surprising – it is an exercise method that is suited to all ages and levels of fitness.

“Pilates will improve your posture, give you a lean, strong body, alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain, and give you better balance and flexibility.

“At the studio we pride ourselves on expert teaching in a supportive, informal environment and that’s why clients come back term after term.”

The studio is dedicated pilates and is set in the beautiful rural surroundings of Tur Langton.

Classes, workshops and 121 sessions run six days a week for all ages and levels of fitness.
