Organisers of a pamper and shopping evening at a Little Bowden pub have thanked everyone who helped the night go with a swing.
The event at The Oat Hill in Kettering Road, attracted 50 guests and raised £419.30 for the county air ambulance.Businesses with stalls included The Weight Loss Academy, Forever Living, Jenna’s Hair and Beauty, Jamie Oliver at Home, Phoenix Cards, Honey & Gunpowder Handmade Jewellery, Cakes by Laura Thomas, No.34 Boutique, Amara Soaps and Skin Care and Cheari-Dais Handpainted Gifts.
Cash raised will be added to sponsorship collected for The Weight Loss Academy’s Three Peaks Challenge at the end of this month.
Joanna Bloore from the academy said: “I would like to say a massive thank you to Verity Davies who helped organise the event and helped it run smoothly. Also, big thanks to stall holders and guests for their contributions to such a fabulous evening.
