A district networking group is changing its name to better reflect its position as a fast-growing resource for businesses serving the area.

The Homeworking and Small Business Alliance, launched in 2010 by entrepreneur Jane Giffard-Tiney, is changing its name to the Harborough Small Business Alliance (HSBA) and is marking the transition with a new logo, exclusively designed for them by Harborough artist and new HSBA member, Mikki Longley.

Group director Doug Andrews, pictured above with fellow director Mrs Giffard-Tiney, said: “We are really proud to be in business in Harborough and have a strong personal interest in the town.

“We feel that this name change really reinforces what we’re about, which is to provide a forum for Harborough’s small business owners and entrepreneurs to meet like-minded people, make new contacts, share ideas and find new opportunities.”
