A charity bootcamp gets started in Desborough next Monday where people can get fit and raise money for a good cause at the same time.
Alan Carson and his colleague Paula Reynolds are running a fundraiser fitness bootcamp in Desborough starting on the 7th April raising money for the UK Sepsis Trust.
Last year Alan’s dad David Carson almost died from Sepsis and the pair want to raise money for the charity that are raising awareness of it and helping healthcare professionals deal with it better.
They are aiming to raise £1,000 and will accept donations from anyone but anyone who donates will be able to come on the 21 day fitness bootcamp where there will be three sessions per week.
The sessions will be at 6.30am, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Desborough Recreation Ground.
To sign up to the sessions go to www.burnthefatbootcamp.co.uk.
