A driver was airlifted to hospital after a crash near Theddingworth.
The 54-year-old had to be cut from his vehicle after it hit a tree having been hit from behind by another vehicle, Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance said.
The service was called to the scene at 4.45pm yesterday (Thursday) and landed at the incident 12 minutes later.
A spokesman for the air ambulance said: “The patient was assessed for injuries to his forearm and required transfer to the nearest trauma centre. He was freed from the car by the fire service before being flown to University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire.”
