Representatives from churches in Harborough met on The Square to pray for peace.

Churches Together’s annual Candlelight peace vigil saw people from churches across the town join together for the annual tradition on Friday.

Donald Clinton-Smith, of the group, said: “The weather was not good and the numbers were rather down, but there was a fair representation from the churches. The prayers were for real peace: personal, family, community, national and international.”
