Police investigating a number of thefts from a shop in Fleckney have released CCTV images of a woman they want to identify and trace in connection with the crimes.
Officers received three reports of thefts from the Co-op store in High Street, Fleckney, and one theft from the Co-op in Blaby Road, Wigston, between Sunday, March 3, and Monday, March 10.
During all of the incidents a woman entered the shop and stole various items including meat, coffee, toiletries and chocolates, said Leicestershire Police.
Det Con 2063 Mat Wiggins, who is the investigating officer, said: “We would urge anyone who recognises the woman in the images or has any suspicions about who she may be to contact us.
“We would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed any of the incidents or has any information about the thefts.”
People with information can call Det Con Wiggins by calling the police 101 number, follow the instructions to leave a message for the officer and when prompted key in the officer’s identification number 2063.
