Community groups, charities and other deserving causes in the Harborough district are being invited to apply for a slice of the proceeds from the Late Night Shopping event.
The annual festive extravaganza, held at the start of last month, was a resounding success with thousands of shoppers filling the streets of Market Harborough.
Now groups are being urged to apply to the Late Night Shopping committee for a grant from the charity pot.
The final figure is still being calculated but it typically reaches £2,000 to £3,000. The fund is made up donations as well proceeds from the Late Night raffle.
But time is of the essence with the deadline for entries having been set for Monday, February 24.
The committee is then due to meet on Tuesday, February 25, to go through all the applications.
Completed forms should be sent to Andrew Granger & Co estate agency office in High Street, Harborough.
Mark Faulkner and Jill Griffiths from the company were the co-chairmen of the committee this year.
The event on December 6 featured food stands, a Continental market, real reindeer, charity stalls, competitions, live music and a range of other entertainment highlights.
