PARENTS have been warned about stranger danger after a suspicious incident outside a Harborough primary school.

A text alert was sent to parents of Little Bowden Primary School this morning (Wednesday) which read: “Please be advised that a child from our school was approached last night by a man in a silver car, wearing a black beanie hat.

“The man opened the passenger door and asked the child to get in.

“The child was sensible and refused. The car drove off.

“We will reiterate about stranger danger in school, but please re-inforce this a home.”
