Jackie Bellamy, of Willow Crescent, Harborough, sent us these photos of a flooded Welland Park.

Taken on Sunday morning at about 10.30am, they show the river flooding the Millennium Mile path, which follows the River Welland through the park.

Any picnickers hardy enough to brave the cold would have needed a dinghy as rain and thaw following the recent snow led the river to swell.
