Pensioner hospitalised after crash

AN ELDERLY motorist was hospitalised following a crash in Brixworth on Saturday.

The 75-year-old’s silver Vauxhall Corsa collided with both a dark green Range Rover and a silver Ford Focus, parked in Shellycoates Road.

Northants police said it is believed the pensioner suffered what they describe as a ‘medical episode’ in the moments leading up to the crash.

The man was take to Kettering General Hospital for treatment, said police.

No-one else was injured in the collision.
