Preschool children from Little Angels Day Nursery

CHILDREN from a nursery in Harborough celebrated the coming of the harvest with games and praise for its makers at a church.

Preschool children from Little Angels Day Nursery went to The Congregational Church in Harborough last Wednesday.

Rev Sue Nockels at the church conducted a special harvest festival assembly with the children from the nursery.

They played a pass the harvest foods game, guessing where certain food items came from and thanking those who made it possible for us to eat them. They also sang harvest songs.

Parents and staff of Little Angels collected food which was presented to the church for its food bank appeal which helps people in need.
