Body found at Harborough home

A BODY was discovered at a Harborough home, police have confirmed.

Officers responded to reports that a body had been discovered at a home in Marlborough Way on Wednesday night at about 7.15pm.

Police said they are not treating the death as suspicious and that the identification of the deceased will be a matter for the county coroners’ office.

A resident who was driving past the scene told the Mail: “I saw four or five police cars parked in Marlborough Way, off Ridgeway West, and a few people were standing outside their houses just after 9pm yesterday evening.

“A couple of minutes later, I also saw a police van driving down Burnmill Road.”
