HUNDREDS gathered in Great Bowden today (Tuesday) for the traditional Boxing Day meet.

The rain which had beset the county in previous days stayed away, as mild weather blessed the morning.

The event, which has rich tradition, saw hundreds gather on The Green to watch the riders while the hounds mingled amongst the crowd.
