A CONTESTANT in this year’s Young Apprentice TV show is coming to Harborough to meet businesses people.

Alice Smith (pictured above) was picked from 28,000 applicants as one the final 12 budding young entrepreneurs to compete on the show.

The 17-year-old will be conducting a Q&A at the next Business Agenda meeting in January, a free monthly networking group for businesses in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

People will be able to ask Alice about her time on the show, its behind-the-scenes demands and what she gained from the experience.

It takes place at 5pm on Tuesday, January 15, at Harborough Innovation Centre.

Anyone interested in attending, can register for a free place by emailing agenda@idealmarketingcompany.com.

Alice, from Lutterworth, took part in the show between October and December.

“We are delighted to have Alice speaking. It promises to be highly informative and interesting, with Alice discussing her fresh approach to business and first-hand experience of dealing with one of the country’s most successful entrepreneurs,” said Alastair Campbell, one of the group members.
