A Harborough firm is looking to expand into the European market as it rebrands following a deal with a French firm.
Multi Resource Marketing (MRM), which runs consumer promotion services for firms, has been established in the town for 20 years.
It was bought by French company HighCo in 2011 and will launch its rebrand at a Digital Shopper’s Day event at the British Academy Of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) on November 15.
The event will see the release of the findings from a study on the readiness of European markets for the digital age and the launch of new products, including a digital promotions platform including QR codes and web coupons.
Peter Kerr, MRM’s managing director said: “We are proud of both our heritage and our long-term relationships with some of the best known brands and agencies in the country.
“In our market a change of branding allows us to reflect our Europe-wide service.”
Didier Chabassieu, chairman of HighCo’s management board said: “The UK is such a large market that we needed to find a company with a great brand to expand upon. MRM are a true market leader in the many areas in which we wish to expand.”
