A company specialising in services for schools has moved into new offices at The Point business park in Market Harborough.
RSAcademics Ltd was founded by Russell Speirs in 2002 and was previously based in Uppingham.
The company works with schools in the UK and internationally, advising on marketing strategies, research, communications and leadership, together with the search and selection of headteachers, senior marketing and finance staff.
It employs half a dozen people at its head office and more than 20 freelance consultants.
Managing director Karen Rawlings, who lives in the area, said: “We are enjoying an exciting period of growth and the move to The Point will help us continue on this path.
“We work closely with a number of locally-based organisations and The Point’s location and transport links will make it easier for us to reach our clients and for them to reach us.
“Harborough is a flourishing town and we look forward to doing our bit for the local economy.”
Lutterworth-based chartered surveyors and property management company Wells McFarlane completed the sale of unit 23 at the business park.
Andrew McFarlane-Holt, director of Wells McFarlane and the managing agent for The Point, said: “The business park is a superb location for expanding businesses and Harborough itself is continuing to grow and thrive, with new development, retail and leisure opportunities underway now and in the pipeline.
“I was very pleased to bring this exciting business to the area where I know they too will continue to thrive and prosper.”
In the past year, Wells McFarlane has completed more than 50 transactions on more than 122,000sq ft of office and industrial space.
