A beauty salon is expanding its operations by opening a new hairdresser’s to its site in Market Harborough.

Harshida’s Beauty Salon at the Day Spa, based at the Archway House Centre in Lubenham Hill, welcomed O Hairdressing last month.

It is offering a full range of hairdressing services at the rural eight-acre site.

The salon is the latest business to set up at Archway House, which includes a natural health practice as well as the Arc Business Centre.

Harshida’s Beauty Salon is owned and run by Harshida Patel who has more than 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry.

O Hairdressing is owned by Anthony Young, who says he is delighted to be working alongside Harshida’s, which offers a range of beauty services.

Mr Young said: “Sharing a location with the beauty salon is ideal for us as they have established a great reputation.

“We aim to build on this by creating a unique hairdressing experience for our guests.

“All our stylists are highly trained in all areas of hairdressing and are passionate and excited to be working at our new state-of-the-art salon.”

The O Hairdressing site is managed by creative director Kayleigh Deuchar, who has recently returned from a London academy to ensure the salon’s services are at the forefront of hairdressing techniques.

Clients are being offered a full colour consultation, a tailor made “hair prescription” and complimentary massage.

The salon has been refurbished in time for its launch.

Mr Young added: “I’m really pleased with the refit.

“I wanted to create a luxurious and modern feel that reflects our high standard of customer care.

“The whole site has a great feel to it and I believe O Hairdressing will add to the success of Archway House, offering something new and exciting to those who come here.”

The hairdressers will be holding its official opening from 5pm on Monday, February 3, with refreshments and a chance to see the refurbished premises for anyone who wishes to come along.

There is free car parking on site and it is open from Monday to Saturday.
