Business supports the Armed Forces

A LUTTERWORTH business which supplies equipment to hair salons is raising money for an armed forces charity.

Salon Equipment Centre has been raising money for the charity Army of Angels.

It is running a special offer until July 20, in which for every purchase of marked products, £1 will be donated to the charity.

Tom Williams, marketing assistant, said: “This is SEC’s first charity campaign and we are hopeful that we can raise a good sum.”

Army of Angels aims to provide support to wounded British servicemen and women and to bereaved families.

The donations will also go towards finding employment through training, providing simple household appliances and funding physiotherapy.
