POLICE investigating a major fight at Justin Park have said knuckledusters were used.
A report of a fight at Justin Park between 40 and 50 people was phoned into police at about 3.20pm yesterday (Thursday, May 15).

Three people were taken to Kettering Gerneral Hospital with laceration wounds.

It emerged today that the wounds, described as minor, were probably caused by a knuckleduster or similar item.

About 20 police officers, including some armed police, were seen at the Justin Park site on Northampton Road at just after 4pm.

A spokesman for Northants police said a resident at the site called the police and reported that a gun had been fired.

But the spokesman said when officers attended they found no evidence of firearms.

No arrests have yet been made.
