A MAN linked to the theft of metal horse troughs by DNA in blood found at the scene has pleaded not guilty at Harborough magistrates' court.
Benjamin Clarke (18), of Greenacres caravan park, Leicester Road, Harborough, is said to have stolen the cast iron troughs, worth £100, from a field at Braybrooke Road, Little Bowden, between March 29 and April 1.

He also denied causing £100 damage to a fence at the scene.

The trial will take place at Harborough Magistrates’ Court on June 3. Clarke’s unconditional bail was extended.
