WINDOWS worth £9,000 were stolen during a raid on a building site.
A total of 23 Velux-brand windows were taken from homes development site, at the top off Lubenham Hill, Harborough, some time between 5pm on Friday night and 7am the next morning.
Insp Neal Holland said: "Someone entered the site in a large vehicle or transit van to take the windows. Although it's not unusual to see a vehicle like that on a building site it should raise suspicions if its there after 5pm, so we're hoping someone might have seen it."
He appealed for anyone with information to contact police on 0116 2222222.
