YOUNG dancers, musicians and singers shone when they took to the stage at the finals of the Harborough’s Got Talent event at Welland Park College on Saturday.
The Woodcock Theatre Arts dance group prevailed and took home the £500 prize.
Members of the dance ensemble ranged in age from 12 to 18 and they wowed the audience and judges.
A tap dancing duo called 2 Tap came second while singer Heidi Lloyd-Williams was a close third.
The contest managed to raise £1,900 for Market Harborough Musical Theatre and HFM radio station.

Organiser Eleanor Shepherd said: “I am thrilled there is a platform for Harborough residents to show their talents. I am glad the contest was able to give confidence to the contestants and allow people from a small area to express themselves via performing arts. The performance by the Take That tribute band Triple T was excellent along with all the acts.”
Organisers said they are hoping to host another event next year.
