Sonics playing Donkey concert

TRIBUTE band The Stereosonics are playing at Leicester venue The Donkey this Saturday evening.

The band play covers by Welsh rockers The Stereophonics and have been gigging in the Harborough area for a number of years.

They play some of the band’s best-known songs including Local Boy in the Photograph, Bartender and the Thief and their number one single Dakota.

The band’s frontman is Harborough man Shane Cross, who like Kelly Jones, plays guitar and sings. Dan Pelos, Joey Whelan, Ian Stichbury and Wayne Blyth make up the rest of the band.

Tickets are £5 on the door.
