School’s concert to fund lifeboats

Leicester Grammar School’s Big Band are performing its annual charity concert at its Great Glen campus next Thursday (7.30pm) and have kindly offered to donate the money to the Market Harborough Lifeboat Guild.

Tickets cost £5 and by phoning 0116 2714655 or on the door on the night.

The guild’s Soup and Sandwiches event held at Harborough Theatre last month was a success, raising £405. The group thanked everyone who supported it and the town’s Waitrose store who generously donated all the soup.
