ALL Saints' Church in Dunton Bassett was open over the bank holiday weekend with a beautiful display of Easter flowers.
A steady stream of visitors enjoyed looking round the church and the flower arrangements, many staying for tea and cakes.
Sales of cakes and preserves, plus refreshments and donations helped raise just under £400 for church funds.
The churches at Leire and Ashby Parva were also open during the weekend.
John and Claire Hurford are organising their usual plant sale and coffee morning for All Saints’ Church at their home, 15 Main Street, Dunton, on Saturday, May 12, from 10am to 3pm.
The church's summer event will be held on Saturday, June 23, and a further event is being planned for the August bank holiday.
