Bowls chance means fitness and fun

OLDER residents in Lutterworth are being invited to join a new programme of indoor bowling sessions in the town.
The activity has been organised by Lutterworth and District Age Concern. Previous sessions have proved very popular.
It costs £3 to take part and takes place on the second Tuesday of every month at 10.30am at Lutterworth Town Hall.
Carol Scholes, an Age Concern volunteer who runs the sessions, said: "Indoor bowls is great fun and we all have a really good time playing, but we need more members, so if you are free on a Tuesday morning, then come and join us."
Age Concern Lutterworth also provides a number of other services including a Travelling Lunch Club, various trips and excursions, and gentle exercise classes.
