AN AGRICULTURAL show featuring a host of attractions is taking place on Sunday.
The 51st annual Blaston Show at the showground in Blaston Road, Slawston, runs from 9.30am and will this year be raising money for the air ambulance and Wishes for Kids.

Events include dressage, terrier racing, sheep shearing, carriage driving and show jumping.

Horses, ponies, dogs, hounds, goats and sheep will be on show as well as craft stalls, refreshments, a licensed bar, trade stands and classic tractors on display.

The event raises cash for different causes each year and has handed over more than £100,000 in its history.

Admission costs £6 per car and its occupants or £1.50 (concessions £1) for those on foot.

l A pre-Blaston Show event is being held this year at the showground tomorrow (Friday) night from 7.30pm.

A buffet meal will be served and music will be provided by the Welland Valley Stompers band.
