JOB-HUNTERS are being invited to a fair in Harborough on Wednesday (Nov 18) where the NHS is looking to recruit more than 15 staff to its district hospitals.
Leicestershire County and Rutland Community Health Services is holding the jobs fair between 10am and 4.30pm at South Leicestershire College's Innovation House at Welland Business Park, off Rockingham Road, Harborough.

NHS trust, said: "As well as looking to recruit around 15 full and part-time permanent members of staff, we are looking to boost the numbers of casual workers available to provide cover - including annual leave and sick leave - for a range of roles.
"We are keen to meet anyone who is interested in joining this bank of casual staff. "
The event has been organised by the NHS, Jobcentre Plus and South Leicestershire College with the aim of helping fill a range of roles covering clinical, non-clinical and administrative work across Harborough district.
Applicants will have the chance to talk to staff and receive support applying for qualified and non-qualified posts at Harborough's St Luke's Hospital, Fielding Palmer Hospital in Lutterworth and Harborough's Cottage Hospital.
Roles available include nursing and community nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, administrative posts, catering, portering and domestic.
Garry Hedderwick, HR adviser for the county NHS trust, said: "We know the people of South Leicestershire are feeling the impact of the recession. We have exciting opportunities available and can help people to find work in this area.
"On our recruitment day, people can come in and meet us and have the chance to chat to us informally. I am sure many people will be surprised at the range of career opportunities on their doorstep and the fact that there are lots of different training options."
