THOUSANDS of people helped to celebrate the traditional Harborough Carnival on Saturday (June 14).

The event was again blessed with sunny weather for the fourth time in the last five years.

At midday, thousands had lined the town's streets to watch the annual parade of floats.
The procession went via Burnmill Road, High Street, Coventry Road, Welland Park Road and Northampton Road.
