No fuss about new houses

WHILE I fully sympathise with the uproar over plans for the Market Hall, I find it surprising that there is not the same level of outrage over the imminent addition of nearly 2,000 houses to Market Harborough.

This surely is something that will have a far greater effect upon any remaining quality of life in the town than market relocation.

Nearly 2,000 more houses, at least 2,000 more cars, and yet hardly a murmur against it!

Is it really such a good thing for the town?
