Minority forcing law-abiding majority to suffer

HERE we go again, the irresponsible minority causing problems for the law-abiding majority.

Why are we being forced to keep our dogs on a lead at all times?

The people who don’t pick up their dog’s mess won’t obey new rules, so the problem won’t be resolved and lots of dogs will miss out on their daily exercise and socialising with other dogs.

If the council has resources to enforce this new proposal, why can’t said resources be used to catch and fine the selfish dog owners instead?

Unless, of course, this is a smokescreen to take attention away from ‘marketgate’.

Kaz and Minnie Herbert,

Patrick Street,

Harborough.
