Firefighters tackle chimney blaze

Firefighters were called out to Market Harborough town centre yesterday (Thursday) after a chimney fire.

A fire crew from the town’s Fairfield Road station attended High Street, Harborough, at about 11.45am.

They used specialised chimney equipment to stunt the flames.

No further details were supplied in the Leicestershire Fire and Rescue daily report log.
