Can your garden bloom for jubilee?
A JUBILEE themed gardening competition is being held in Lutterworth during June to help celebrate the Queen’s milestone anniversary.
The contest, which is hosted by Lutterworth Town Council, is normally held in August to coincide with the annual Feast Week.
However, with Feast Week’s cancellation this year, it was decided to move Lutterworth in Bloom forward to June.
There are three categories in the competition: Best Private Garden, Best Public House Display and Best Business or Community Building.
The winner of each category will take away a £50 prize.
Nomination forms are available from the Council Offices in Coventry Road, Whites the Florist and Lutterworth Library.
All nomination forms should be returned to the Town Council Offices by Friday, June 8. Judging will take place during the week commencing June 11.
