Police said their injuries were “not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing”

A motorcyclist has been injured after they collided with a van in a Harborough village this afternoon (Wednesday).

Police were called at 1.15pm to the two-vehicle crash on Main Street in Broughton Astley.

The motorcyclist was being treated and assessed by ambulance crews at the scene.

But police said their injuries were “not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing”.

The van driver was unhurt.

The road is now clear after being partly blocked as police dealt with the incident.
